A crimson red plastic juicer insert. There is a small tab handle and drain holes surrounding the reamer cone.

Embossed on the base "409-1" and "MADE IN U.S.A."
The hole does not normaly occur on later Tupperware juicers. The drain holes are rectangular and later tupperware drain holes have rounded ends.
I have concluded that this is a very early version of Tupperware given that 409-1 is a correct model number for Tupperware juicer inserts.
